This extended commissioning run of the CRESST-II setup was carried out during 2007 (Astropart. Phys. 31 (2009) 4, ). In a re-analysis of the data, exclusion limits can be extended to lower masses (Phys.
Rev. D 85 (2012) 021301).
CRESST-II Phase 1
In CRESST-II Phase 1 (2009 - 2011) detector modules including CaWO4 crystals with a mass of ~300g were installed. In the complete data set a total net exposure of about 730 kg days was collected. Results can be
found in Eur. Phys. J. C (2011) 72.
CRESST-II Phase 2
The extended dark matter run CRESST-II Phase 2 began in July 2013 and ended in August 2015. For
this run 18 detector modules of four different module designs
installed. Excellent results were achieved for the detector modules TUM40 (Eur.Phys. J. C
(2014) 74 ) and Lise (Eur. Phys. J. C (2016) 76 ).
CRESST-III Phase 1
CRESST-III Phase 1 started its commissioning in June 2016. Ten newly designed detector modules
including crystals with a mass of only ~25g each are installed. With the decreased mass the
sensitivity will be significantly increased and the detectors are expected to reach thresholds below 100eV allowing a further investigation of dark matter particles in the low-mass region..
